The Zadkine College, a leading trainer for secondary vocational education in the Rotterdam region, offers a wide range of vocational training and courses that respond to the current and future demands of the labor market. Whether it concerns training bakers, chefs, hairdressers, nurses, stewardesses or forklift drivers, Zadkine meets the diverse needs of society by working closely with companies, government institutions and other trainers in the region.

Originated from mergers of various public schools in secondary vocational education in the 1990s, Zadkine took its name from the visual artist Ossip Zadkine, whose work, including the well-known sculpture "The destroyed city", occupies a prominent place in Rotterdam.

The Zadkine College offers courses in both the vocational training pathway (BOL) and the vocational training pathway (BBL), housed in 12 different colleges. These colleges include the Beauty & Fashion College, Bread & Pastry College, Business College, Health, Welfare & Sports College, Services & Facility College, Catering College, Logistics College, Optical College, Starting College, Travel & Leisure College, Vocational School Schoonhoven, and Safety Academy.

On special occasions, such as graduation ceremonies or other important milestones, the Rotterdam Balloon Company contributes to the festive spirit by providing colorful balloons. This addition of balloons enhances the sense of community and joy among students, teachers and family members who come together to celebrate the students' achievements.
