I appreciate the excellent support I received from Ruben and Etienne when selecting the right car, as well as the good service they provided during the delivery of the car.

Service is mostly good. When my coolant was leaking, i was first told that i had to make an appointment, then that this was so urgent that i could just stop by for repairs. After i arrived, i had to leave my car there for up to five days to get it fixed. I had no choice, can't keep on driving with coolant leaking from my car. But five days is too long for an urgent (and expensive) repair. Fortunately it was fixed the same day! A dealer-serviced Skoda car does get good mobility service for trouble on the road. Better than the ANWB. I do have a feeling that my car requires lots of expensive repairs, sometimes shortly after maintenance. Especially since Skoda is known as a very reliable car brand and my Octavia is only six years old. There's coffee/tea and wifi for while you're waiting and the staff is kind. 3.5 stars imho.
