Great atmosphere, very experienced people, they really know how to treat you well. Oh and they have a wonderful bar where you can taste very special cocktails. Definitely recommended, I’d love to come back soon!

We went to FLIPP-MARA for our wedding lunch and had an amazing experience all around. The food was inspired, creative and delicious. The wine pairing was spot-on, made even better by the very enthusiastic and knowledgeable sommelier. Time between dishes, seating and price-quality ratio were all very good as well. Points for improvement? None.

The atmosphere is somewhat not so "trendy" but the food quality and flavor was excellent!

Dinner with two, took the five course menu, with wine pairing (half glasses). Food was good, not exceptional. Sea bass, cod, duck, peach dessert and cheeses. Just over 200EUR.

FLIPPIN’ GOOD CUISINE👩‍🍳🔝 Bringing his roots from ‘de Betuwe’ (an area in the Netherlands known for its fruits) 🍒🍎 to the table in Rotterdam. Dishes are traditonal, with a surprising twist 🌪➡️➡️ The menu is changing a lot so there’s always something new to try: 👉 Gorgonzola scones, basalmico icedrops 🧀 👉 Italian Burratta with peanut, ras el hanout, coconut and grapefruit. 🥜 👉 All parts of deer, prepared in all kinds of ways 🦌 👉 Ginger macaron with yogurt ice and black fruits. 🍨 The in house sommelier will guarantee a perfect wine 🍷🍇 to accompanied with your dishes. After a bad start during the beginning of the first lockdown 🔒 Mara by Flipp can be classified as a restaurants that had no start, no end but just a middle (like many others).
