So the pros of this property are that it was my boyfriend’s birthday and they kindly got balloons and gave us complimentary drinks which was nice. The hotel is in a great location close to transport links as well as touristy areas. The cons are that the breakfast was not worth the money, lacked variety and didn’t have basic things such as normal ketchup . Would definitely recommend this by Jarmusch which does brunch. Another con was the soundproofing is horrible in the hotel although they gave us ear plugs this didn’t help Another con is the smell the hotel had a horrible smell all over that smelt of sewage

Absolutely perfect stay. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough. The room was a good size, very clean and had everything we needed. The WhatsApp communication before and during the stay was ideal. We didn’t have breakfast there but we did have a drink one evening and it was well priced with good service. I can’t think of one thing that was wrong.

Perfect location near rotterdam central station. Good environment close to the basketball court. Neat, tidy, and elegant because of the black theme. Good price. But the most important thing this hotel has very good breakfast, it was appetizing. Thanks to the chef! Also all the hotelier and the staff kind and friendly too!
