Yes, that is important! We need your permission to enter the hotel room. Therefore, inform the hotel that you have ordered balloons from the Rotterdam Balloon Company and that you want us to have them in your hotel room The hotel will then make a note of this when you make your reservation.

At most hotels you can enter your hotel room from 3 pm and you have to leave at 12:00 pm. So we usually deliver to the hotels between 12 and 3 pm. Do you need balloons at a different time or last minute balloons ? We can always discuss that.

Yes, if that is allowed by you and the hotel itself (indicate the hotel that you want this), we will gladly do that. If not, we will hand over the balloons to the reception of the hotel and an employee of the hotel will bring the balloons to your room.

We deliver balloons to all of these hotels in Rotterdam. But also at the van der Valk Hotel in Ridderkerk and Delta Hotel in Vlaardingen. Are you planning a marriage proposal in another hotel outside Rotterdam? Let us know then at least know, maybe this can be planned.

The delivery costs to the hotels in Rotterdam are free if we can deliver until 3 pm. If we really have to deliver the balloons before 3 pm or at a specific time, the delivery costs are 25 euros. Even if we have to deliver outside Rotterdam , then we charge 0.50 euros per km delivery costs (vice versa).

Sure! We can even buy the gift for you if it's convenient and deliver it to your hotel room together with the balloons. But if you've already bought a gift yourself, we can also arrange for it to be delivered to us so that we can make sure it ends up in your room.

Latex helium balloons float for about 14-16 hours. Heart balloons a little shorter. But we can treat them at an additional cost so that they can float for a few days. Foil balloons and air-filled balloons will remain beautiful for a few days.

We don't really have a delivery time. We can switch quite quickly, but the sooner we know, the better. Our agenda is full.
