The Academieplein location of Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences is a historic and important place in the city, housed in the old HTS building. This location has a rich history, originally known as the Academy of Visual Arts and Technical Sciences, before it was later split into the HTS and the Art Academy.

I love the atmosphere around and maybe the quality of this university has not reached the point everyone expect but all ok for this hustler city.

I was at the campus Academieplein. It's the location for Built Environment (Engineering, Logistics, Technical studies, etc). Sadly their isn't a lot of food spots around and if your a new student make sure to pack a lunch now and then.
