The Experience College is a new school in Rotterdam, created from a collaboration between the G.K. van Hogendorp (GKH) and Melanchthon Mathenesse (MMA). Since the summer of 2020, this school has offered an innovative learning environment, with fully adapted facilities. New classrooms have been added, the Care & Welfare classroom has been completely redesigned and the large technology hall now offers beautiful, spacious classrooms for Media and Technology lessons.

At the Experience College, students learn by doing a lot. Every school day is filled with a varied mix of discovery, experimenting, research and creating. These activities vary depending on the lesson and each student's unique learning style.

The Experience College offers a wide range of subject areas, including Media, Design & ICT, Experimentation, Technology, Care & Welfare and Creativity. This diverse and dynamic learning environment encourages students to discover and develop their talents.

When there is something to celebrate at the Experience College, such as a graduation ceremony, the Rotterdam Balloon Company provides the festive balloon decorations.
