The cafe has chill vibes, and I love the ambience. They have a menu which is written in Dutch but the staff offered us the English version. The cakes are all delicious, I had a chocolate caramel cake, which is perfect for my Spanish coffee with Tia Maria.

There was nothing particularly wrong with Dudok at the park, but it didn't quite justify its high price tag. The cakes we tried—carrot cake and apple pie—seemed more expensive than at their train station location, and frankly, they weren't that impressive. However, the chai latte, though a bit steep at €4.50 or €4.75, was excellent. Our four items came to over twenty euros, which felt a bit much. The real highlight, though, was the setting. Sitting outside and enjoying the stunning views of the park's gardens is what would bring us back again.

This is a beautiful location. It is very difficult to get a table outside. You have to go early or constantly watch when one goes free. But once you get a table in the front you got yourself a splendid view. Not the service was a bit slow but not because they were not careful but because they and understaffed. The food was good. Nothing mind-blowing though. But the combination with the view it was worth it.

This restaurant has some really lovely things about it. The location for one, is just fantastic. Although it's just a few minutes walk from the tram stop, once you sit down you feel completely isolated from the busy world outside the park. It's calm and quiet and the view from the outdoor seating of the restaurant is absolutely incredible. Simply tranquil and relaxing and beautiful. However, I only wish that the food was as good. The breakfast platter was incredibly subpar. Untoasted sliced bread topped with a random slice of hard cheese and ham from the grocery store. You could make a better tasting breakfast yourself, at home. The pancakes were super yummy but they were tiny! Those 3 tiny pancakes felt like a starter portion and left us hungry. I would come here for a tea while overlooking the park and reading a book, but save yourself the money and don't bother ordering food.

Delicious food, comfortable chairs on the beautiful terrace, friendly service and enough vegetarian and even vegan options. The waitress was very friendly and the environment is amazing. You look out over an arranged flower field onto the pond and rest of the park. You wouldn't think you're in the middle of a city. Great escape. Enough toilets, though they're downstairs. I recommend the goat focaccia and vegetarian croquets. Great lunch!
