Very efficient cruise ship terminal a short walk over the bridge into the city centre. Security done in the terminal so quicker than doing it on the ship. Tourist information was available on our arrival. Toilets are available. Glass structure so very light and airy. A short walk from the metro station with direct service to centre, central station and The Hague.

One of the nicest cruise terminals! It’s very convenient to disembark and walk to the city. There is a metro station and tram stop about 5 mins from the terminal. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants to explore nearby.

A beautiful cruise terminal in the heart of modern Rotterdam. We didn't have time to explore it this trip, but we are hoping to cruise out Rotterdam in 2025!

It's a port terminal. No frills but very easy to navigate and close to Wilhelminaplein metro station.

Docked here on a visit to Rotterdam. The terminal is very modern with sheltered gangways connecting the ship and terminal. Once inside a very helpful lady gave us a map of the city centre, and explained the various ways to get there. She also pointed out various places in the city which were of interest, including the market hall and observation tower. The terminal has free WiFi and toilets too if you need them!
