Such a charming retro movie theater. Feels like a time capsule from the moment you step in. Such a lovely experience! Great for a date night or evening out with friends. The only negative was that the popcorn was too salty for our taste and nobody checked our tickets, which was a bit confusing.

Centrally located. It's a cozy place with a handful of spacious theaters on both floors. There were concession stations, seating areas, and clean bathrooms. The stairs were not steep. Quite a few old film projectors on display.

This movie theater has a unique old fashion charm and a wonderful ambiance that sets it apart. I love the crowd here—it's much better than what you typically find at the big multiplexes. They also offer some great art house films, which is a big plus. However, some of the screening rooms are showing their age. A couple of them might be in need of some renovation, with small screens and not the best conditions. Unfortunately, these rooms are often used for screening kids' movies, which is a bit of a pity (though my child is too young to notice). Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is still very good.

Cinerama in Downtown Rotterdam is a nice movie theater, very in the old school, American-style movie theaters from the 60's. The picture quality is pretty good so is the sound quality, the rooms aren't that big and they even have an old-fashioned candy counter where you can buy your popcorn or other consumable items. Prices are compared to the other movie theaters in Rotterdam a lot lower. If you are looking for a fun evening going to the movies but want to keep it low cost than is this the movie theatre for you. Cinerama is great budget theatre.
