When it comes to wishing you well and strength, there are several ways to convey a positive and encouraging message. At the Rotterdam Balloon Company, we understand how important it is to cheer up sick children in Rotterdam hospitals. For only 35 euros we offer a special delivery service in which we personally deliver a beautiful balloon bouquet to the sick child's ward in a Rotterdam hospital. These colorful and cheerful balloons are meant to bring a smile and let the child know that we are thinking of them during their stay. Our careful delivery drivers provide a personal approach, with the aim of bringing a little joy and comfort in their challenging time.

How does it work

1. Send us a Whatsapp on +31 (0)10-3073668 and let us know in which hospital the sick person is.
2. We will let you know how quickly we can deliver there.
3. We make all appointments via Whatsapp and you pass on the text for the card.
4. We will send you a Tikkie and if you pay for it, we will personally ensure that the balloons arrive at the hospital ward.
5. The sister or brother on the ward ultimately ensures that the balloons end up in the patient's room.

Hospital outside Rotterdam?

The service we offer for 35 euros is quite labour-intensive and cost-intensive. Every hospital has paid parking and our delivery drivers often take half an hour to walk to the right department and back. It is not a question of 'quickly handing over', but requires the necessary attention.

When we have to deliver to hospitals outside Rotterdam, this service is no longer profitable, we have to charge delivery costs and it becomes too expensive. A good alternative would then be to send a get well soon or strong balloon by post to the sick person. One party that offers this balloon service is Greetz.

Balloon Service Greetz

Greetz offers the service of sending a single get well or strength balloon in a box via regular mail (so only 1 balloon and not a whole bouquet). These balloons do not receive the necessary personal attention that we offer and unfortunately things sometimes go wrong in the mail. But on the other hand, Greetz does send these balloons to hospitals and to any desired address throughout the Netherlands and often the mail also goes well, of course (provided you state the exact correct name, address and department of the sick person).< /p>

Conclusion... Greetz can certainly be a good alternative to encourage someone who needs it, outside of Rotterdam.
