As a balloon wholesaler, we regularly receive requests from laughing gas suppliers who want to purchase balloons from us - which are suitable for laughing gas - at wholesale prices.
That's possible! We sell the most ideal balloon that is suitable for helium for an amount of 3.57 euros excl. VAT per bag of 100 pieces with a minimum purchase of 20 bags. This balloon (no. 10 stands for 10 inches) has a vertical diameter of 25 centimeters and is just enough to get that desired buzz.
Be careful with cheap balloons!
There are laughing gas suppliers who still find this balloon too expensive and look for even cheaper balloons, for example at AliExpress. Be careful with that! Many cheap balloons contain the carcinogenic substance Nitrosamine. And because when using nitrous oxide, the balloon is placed in the mouth, you want to stay far away from this substance. So, dear nitrous oxide supplier, do you really want to let your customers take this risk for a few euro cents less?
Free of carcinogenic Nitrosamine
Be wise when you purchase your nitrous oxide balloons through our balloon wholesaler< /a>, then you can be sure that these balloons are free of carcinogenic substances. The balloons are available in all colors of the rainbow, but black is the most sold balloon color (item number 1023).
Laughing gas is a colorless and odorless gas and it is usually available in nitrous oxide cartridges (for example the cartridges for whipped cream syringes), but at large parties nitrous oxide is also sold via large gas bottles. The laughing gas is injected into a balloon and you breathe it in and out a balloon. Inhaling nitrous oxide provides a strong and short buzz. The effect occurs almost immediately. It gives a feeling of dizziness, balance disorder and almost loss of consciousness. Everything you see, hear and feel seems to flow into each other. Sometimes you get a buzz sound and you get the feeling of sinking. Sometimes you also get fits of laughter. The nitrous oxide effect can last for several minutes.
Risk of incorrect use or wrong balloons
If you use a balloon that is too large, you run the risk of 2 nitrous oxide cartridges being inserted and if you continue to inhale and exhale too much into the balloon or if you quickly take several balloons in a row in a session, you increase the risk on oxygen deficiency. This can cause headaches, dizziness or headache, arising. In some cases it even leads to unconsciousness, where you can accidentally fall. If you use a balloon that is too small, you run the risk that the contents of the nitrous oxide cartridge will not completely enter the balloon. In addition, tiny pieces of metal from the pattern itself comes along in a balloon. When consuming 1 balloon you do not ingest that many metal particles. But when consuming multiple balloons you can ingest a larger amount of metal particles. It is unknown what this means for the health.
Always use a balloon! If you inhale nitrous oxide directly from the whipped cream syringe, your lips, mouth or even your lungs can freeze.
1 Globos(®) balloon contains exactly enough laughing gas!
Globos sells balloons to private individuals and via wholesale to major users (including party organizers and nitrous oxide farmers). Because we are regularly asked for cheap balloons that are most suitable for filling with nitrous oxide, we are happy to advise you in the right direction. A nitrous oxide cartridge always contains the same amount of nitrous oxide and exactly 1 cartridge goes into the balloons below. You have almost completely absorbed the laughing gas in these balloons after 4 inhalations. Choose the situation that applies to you.

How do you get the laughing gas into the balloon?
If you have a large nitrous oxide cylinder (often at larger parties), there is a filling nipple mounted on it. Open the tap of the nitrous oxide cylinder, place the balloon on the filling nipple and stop filling as soon as the balloon starts to take a pear shape.
If you want to put laughing gas from a whipped cream pattern into a balloon, you can order so-called "crackers" for this. Click here to order these crackers.Insert the whipped cream cartridge the cracker and close the cracker until you feel some resistance. Then place the balloon over the cracker and close the cracker completely. Now turn the cracker back a quarter turn and the laughing gas will flow into the balloon. Close the cracker again. The balloon is now full of laughing gas. See also the video below for a demonstration.
How do you use laughing gas balloons?
- Always sit or lie down when using nitrous oxide.
- Make sure your hands are empty and put out your cigarette.
- Always use a balloon and never directly from a whipped cream dispenser or tank. This prevents a lack of oxygen, but also that your lips, mouth or lungs freeze.
- First breathe in some air, then take nitrous oxide from the balloon. Do not deflate the entire balloon one after the other, take breaks.
- Do not take laughing gas if you have a bad cold. Nitrous oxide expands in air and your eardrum can burst if your head is clogged. In addition to earache, this can rarely cause permanent hearing damage.
- Stop if you get a headache or feel nauseous.
- Stop use immediately if you experience symptoms such as tingling or numbness in the limbs.
- Do not combine with alcohol, GHB or other narcotics, this increases the anesthetic effect of nitrous oxide and increases the risks.
- Do not use laughing gas if you are or want to become pregnant.
- The after-effects can last a long time, so do not participate in traffic. Not during, but also not in the hours after use.
- Try to use no more than 5, max 10 balloons per occasion.
- Do not use every week, but once a month or preferably less. This is to reduce the risk of vitamin B12 deficiency caused by nitrous oxide.
- Do you want to adjust your nitrous oxide use? Then look at stopping/decreasing.
- If you feel that you have no control over your use, please contact an institution for alcohol and drug problems in your area for advice or call the Drugs Info Line: 0900 1995.
