Nieuwe Luxor
The new Luxor Theater is a striking building at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge, on the Wilhelminapier on the Kop van Zuid. It is one of the largest theaters in the Netherlands with great musicals, cabaret, opera and much more entertainment.
Oude Luxor
The old Luxor Theater started out as a cinema in 1917 and grew into the entertainment theater in the center of Rotterdam. The beautiful atmospheric theater just exists next to the New Luxor Theater.
Ahoy
Ahoy is of course the location for large parties and concerts on the outskirts of Rotterdam. It is one of the largest event halls in the Netherlands. The Eurovision Song Contest took place in 2021, it was the largest production ever in Ahoy.
De Doelen
De Doelen is a concert and conference building in Rotterdam where, among other things, . the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR), the largest film festival in the Netherlands, is being organised. The monumental building is literally in the middle of the city, next to Central Station.
Maassilo
In 2019, De Maassilo won the Rotterdam Music Award for the best stage. The former grain silo in Rotterdam South has developed into a stage with an industrial appearance, where more and more bands from home and abroad perform.
Prinses Theater
The Princess Theater is the oldest theater in Rotterdam, located in the Delfshaven district. After a long renovation, the Theater was recently reopened by Mayor Aboutaleb as an event location.
Walhalla
Theater Walhalla is a small intimate theater on Katendrecht and named after Dancing Walhalla, a famous dance palace before the war where the feet went off to the music of a barrel organ.

Traveling by car is not always the fastest or easiest way to get somewhere. Fortunately, there are many different ways to quickly get from A to B or from one side of the Maas to the other. The Euromast is a fantastic destination for children. In addition to the amazing view and the lift to the top, the Euromast Kidsclub organizes many fun activities and events for children. The Euromast also houses 3 space creatures (the Euromast mascots) who once collided with the tower with their UFO.
SS Rotterdam
Captain Kaap and his friends welcome you aboard the SS Rotterdam and he takes the children for a tour to discover his ship. During the Getaway & Wave Tour, the kids receive the Little Captain's Passport full of questions and fun assignments, learn Morse code along the way or play with the Playmobil cruise ship in the Playroom.
Spido
Every day there are tours through the Spido in Rotterdam and you sail past huge ships, you see the moving cranes on the quays and the fast water taxis race past. If it's not too busy, the kids might be able to look in the captain's wheelhouse. Before they go on board, they receive a Ketelbinkie coloring book with colors.
Feyenoord
The Feyenoord Clubhouse is located on the Afrikaanderplein, the place where Feyenoord played its first matches in 1908. Children can attend all kinds of sports clinics for different sports in the clubhouse and a panna tournament, basketball challenges, a handball clinic and various football tournaments are regularly organized there.
Kermis Rotterdam
Every year around King's Day you can celebrate both King's Day and freedom at the fair in Rotterdam. At the Schiehaven, all the attractions have been rebuilt for young and old. For 3 weeks you can take a ride on the roller coaster, have fun in the bumper cars, try your luck at the grappling arms and coin machines or show your skills at the shooting gallery. The merry-go-round and the caterpillar are especially for little ones. And to recover from all the tension, there is of course an oliebollen and cotton candy stall.
Speeltuin Vereniging Kralingen
Playground association Kralingen is located in a beautiful part of Rotterdam-Kralingen next to the Excelsior stadium.
